Campaigns and Initiatives

At Final Third, we leverage our extensive experience in the sports sector to develop and implement impactful sustainability projects and campaigns. We work with sports clubs, sports organisations, and educational establishments, creating tailored strategies that resonate with their unique needs and goals.

Creating engaging and interactive campaigns and initiatives which consider behaviour change science, coupled with the power of sport to drive sustainable change, Final Third create impactful campaigns that meet the needs of your organisational context to engage with supporters and/or communities.

 

Previous experience includes leading national campaigns such as CUP26, the Planet League Cup, Schools vs. Climate Change, Green Football Weekend and the FIBA Basketball For Good Cup. These high-profile initiatives have allowed us to champion sustainability and climate action at scale, reaching a wide audience and making significant strides towards a sustainable future through the power of sport. We are also co-delivering the 'Cobblers Tackle Food Waste' initiative with Northampton Town Community Trust, funded by Eat It Up from Hubbub with support from the Starbucks 5p cup charge - this is the largest sustainability linked funding pot received to date by any EFL club.

In addition to these national campaigns, we also specialise in local initiatives, working closely with individual sports clubs and educational institutions to engage their communities in sustainability. Whether it's a waste reduction programme at a local sports club or a sustainability education campaign in a school, our team is committed to making a difference at every level.
